If All Signatures is selected when you create a signature, you’ll need to drag the new signature to an email account before you can use it. It was a bit technically challenging to implement, but the ability to read the HTML of existing signatures is now live in the latest release. In the Mail app on your Mac, choose Mail > Preferences, then click Signatures. Special thanks to the developer for being so responsive addressing this issue. Once you have created a new, updated signature from the old one, you can go back to Mail > Preferences > Signatures to delete the old one (if desired), rename the new one (if desired) and assign the new signature to the appropriate accounts. This makes the app significantly easier to use if you need to update an existing signature or create another signature only slightly different from an existing one. ![]() Version 1.7.6 adds a key feature for me: the ability to start with an existing signature to create a new one.
